Key responsibilities
Conduct research to identify suitable influencers for campaigns, considering factors such as audience demographics, brand fit, and engagement rates.
- Manage communication with influencers throughout the campaign process.
- Negotiate rates and contracts with influencers and ensure they are adhered to throughout the campaign.
- Build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders.
- Assist and monitor internal daily and end of campaign reporting, analyze performance, make quantitative and qualitative recommendations on future products or strategies based on campaign KPIs.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and developments, identifying new opportunities for influencer collaboration.
- Prepare media schedules, written summaries, and client presentations.
- Krypton Dashboard & IMPACT platform.
- General campaign management, ensuring campaigns are running effectively and efficiently.
- Provide Marketing support for creative content development on social media posts and digital ads.
Role requirements
- Passion and understanding of the influencer landscape and social media platforms.
- Proficient in social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, and YouTube.
- Fluent in Mandarin, with the ability to speak and write effectively.
- Gravitas, strength, drive, determination to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing with a focus on influencer campaign management and influencer search
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Entrepreneurial drive, Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
- A deep understanding of the influencer landscape, including current trends and best practices.
- Experience using influencer marketing platforms and tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
