Key responsibilities

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the laboratory, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols.
Lead and mentor a team of laboratory professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Develop and implement laboratory policies, procedures, and quality control measures.
Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless integration of laboratory services with patient care.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in fertility treatments and laboratory techniques, incorporating best practices into the lab’s operations.
Manage the laboratory budget, resources, and inventory effectively.

Role requirements

A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the fertility field, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.
Strong knowledge of laboratory operations, quality control, and regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry.
Solid experience with multiple Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ART) such as IVF, ICSI, embryo culture, and cryopreservation
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and adapt to the local culture in Hong Kong.
Willingness to relocate to Hong Kong if currently based overseas.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with team members and stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) with a compassionate approach to patient care.
Proficient in MS office applications, i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
