Key responsibilities

  • Lead strategic transformations across tech vendor portfolios, optimizing partnerships and driving cost efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership (Tech Exco, CIOs) to enhance engineering productivity and technology vendor performance.
  • Spearhead key initiatives like vendor strategy, risk mitigation, and workforce optimization.
  • Partner on initiatives to improve developer productivity and capacity creation across the organization.
  • Proactively manage communication channels with senior stakeholders & vendors both internally and externally.

Role requirements

  • A proven track record with 15+ years of strong experience in technology vendor management, workforce transformation, or technology delivery.
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale transformation programs with measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills to engage with global leadership.
  • Experience in financial services or IT services organizations preferred.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills required to be successful in this role.
  • Strong inter-personal skills and evidence of working across teams and geographies to produce timely and accurate output.
