Key responsibilities

Manage and enhance core banking systems, with a focus on Temenos T24 modules.
Conduct detailed impact assessments for system changes and ensure alignment with business needs.
Assist in defining business requirements, designing solutions, and creating functional and technical documentation.
Develop test plans for system integration and oversee troubleshooting activities.
Provide ongoing support for daily operations and system-related issues.
Work closely with IT and business teams across regions to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.

Role requirements

At least 3 years of experience in banking operations or IT roles related to financial services.
5–15 years of hands-on experience with Temenos T24 or similar core banking platforms.
In-depth knowledge of at least one of the following areas:
Accounts, Transfers, Loans, Deposits, Payments, or Treasury.
Financial reporting modules, including Profit & Loss, General Ledger, or Balance Sheets.
Payment processing (e.g., SWIFT, SEPA) or Trade Finance (e.g., Letters of Credit).
Experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes, including documentation and testing.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a relevant discipline.
Desirable Skills:
Knowledge of integrating T24 with external systems and custom module configurations.
Familiarity with advanced tools like Temenos Analytics or Autoforms.
Experience with automated testing processes.
Expertise in specialized banking domains, such as Islamic Banking or Structured Trade Finance.

A self-starter with a proactive attitude and a results-driven mindset.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and deliver within tight deadlines.
