Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the institution’s business goals and corporate values.
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership in all HR functions, including talent management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development.
  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Lead the recruitment strategy to attract and retain top talent for the institution, ensuring the recruitment process is aligned with the institution’s needs and culture.
  • Oversee general administration, including procedures, facilities maintenance, IT and office administration

Role requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • 12 years’ experience across the full spectrum of HR and at least 5 years in team management in the banking or financial services industry
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
