Key responsibilities

Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to gather information, map workflows, and share updates.
Assess risks and improve processes across different teams.
Identify and resolve inefficiencies, recurring issues, and areas for improvement.
Propose and implement automation solutions while managing diverse stakeholders effectively.

Role requirements

Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services/ banking industry. Experience in Investment Banking will be a plus.
Experience in working across teams in middle/back Office with exposure to exchange traded derivatives processing is a plus.
Strong organizational skills, able to multitask and meet deadlines, with excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be proactive and provide solutions to stakeholders.
Familiarity with VBA, Python, is an advantage, along with experience managing offshore teams and vendors.
