Key responsibilities

Conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking to ensure the organization remains competitive and cost-effective.
Manage all compensation-related projects, salary reviews, increments, bonus payouts, and other ad-hoc payments to ensure timely and accurate execution.
Provide guidance on compensation-related areas such as job evaluations, market benchmarking, and pay structures, while supporting the Head in driving special HR initiatives.

Role requirements

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
At least 5 years relevant experience in total rewards management preferably from the healthcare sector
Prior experience managing compensation cycles and salary reviews.
A team player with high interpersonal and communication skills
Good IT skills and familiarity with Excel and Google sheets.
Strong analytical abilities to provide insights and make data-driven recommendations.
