Key responsibilities

  • Conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking to ensure the organization remains competitive and cost-effective.
  • Manage all compensation-related projects, salary reviews, increments, bonus payouts, and other ad-hoc payments to ensure timely and accurate execution.
  • Provide guidance on compensation-related areas such as job evaluations, market benchmarking, and pay structures, while supporting the Head in driving special HR initiatives.

Role requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
  • At least 5 years relevant experience in total rewards management preferably from the healthcare sector
  • Prior experience managing compensation cycles and salary reviews.
  • A team player with high interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good IT skills and familiarity with Excel and Google sheets.
  • Strong analytical abilities to provide insights and make data-driven recommendations.
