Key responsibilities

Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media platforms, and direct sourcing, to identify and attract top talent.
Partner with educational institutions to boost brand visibility and maintain a talent pipeline.
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, guiding them on the organization’s benefits, culture, and values.
Manage vendor relationships, optimizing recruitment channels for cost-efficiency and service quality

Role requirements

Degree qualified with 5 to 7 years of solid recruitment experience either with a recruitment agency or in an in-house role.
A strong team player with a self-starter mentality
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
IHRP certification or similar qualifications would be a plus.
Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors would be an advantage.
