Key responsibilities

  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media platforms, and direct sourcing, to identify and attract top talent.
  • Partner with educational institutions to boost brand visibility and maintain a talent pipeline.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, guiding them on the organization’s benefits, culture, and values.
  • Manage vendor relationships, optimizing recruitment channels for cost-efficiency and service quality

 

Role requirements

  • Degree qualified with 5 to 7 years of solid recruitment experience either with a recruitment agency or in an in-house role.
  • A strong team player with a self-starter mentality
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • IHRP certification or similar qualifications would be a plus.
  • Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors would be an advantage.
