Key responsibilities

  • Work closely with assigned key accounts to ensure client satisfaction, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Execute marketing and business development strategies to achieve sales targets, maximize market share, achieve business objectives and revenue growth.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify growth opportunities within key accounts.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, sales activities, and market trends.
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns with key accounts in a proactive and timely manner.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams.
  • Identify potential business opportunities to achieve continuous growth.
  • Work-From-Home (WFH) policy

Role requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, channel management, sales, or a related role in the FMCG sector
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients.
  • Quick learner, objective-oriented, result-driven, self-motivated, passionate and a good team-player
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Self-driven and proactive with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good Proficiency in Cantonese and English (both in spoken & written)
  • Proficient in MS office applications, i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
