Asia HR Operations Manager

Our client is a growing financial services institution headquartered in Europe. Owing to rapid expansion, there is now a newly created role for a HR Operations Manager to be based in Singapore. This will be an individual contributor role reporting to the Regional Head of HR.

Key responsibilities

  • Managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle such as tasks relating to employee data management, benefits administration, HRIS maintenance, VISA matters, employee onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Work closely with in country HR teams to deploy key processes, procedures and policies in accordance with global standards while observing local laws and legislations
  • Drive continuous process improvement and HR projects to achieve operational excellence

Role requirements

  • Degree qualified with solid understanding of HR processes and operations
  • Solid understanding of local labour laws and legislations
  • Experience in driving process improvement and change initiatives
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task to manage multiple projects while maintaining a close attention to detail.
  • Agility and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and startup HR environment
