In this role, you will identify, develop, and maintain strategic partnerships with corporate clients to drive growth and enhance the airline’s brand. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure successful partnership execution and deliver exceptional value.

Key responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers within the corporate groups to ensure the partnership remains beneficial for both parties.
  • Creating customized partnership solutions that cater to the specific needs and goals of each corporate group.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring consistent growth and revenue generation.
  • Identifying and targeting corporate groups that would benefit from a partnership with the airline with “sky is the limit” mentality
  • Collaborating with the airline’s marketing team to develop promotional campaigns that highlight the benefits of the partnership to corporate clients.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new sales opportunities, analyse market trends, and gather competitive intelligence.
  • Oversee the negotiation, drafting, and management of sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Role requirements

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the airline or travel industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing successful corporate partnerships.
  • Experience in negotiating and managing contracts
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
