Key responsibilities

Manage margin calls and collateral transactions, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
Investigate discrepancies in exposure, margin calculations and collateral allocations, working with counterparties to resolve issues.
Analyze portfolio margin and interest computations, handling medium to high complexity scenarios.
Maintain accurate records of borrowing and lending activities within internal systems.
Assist with onboarding new agreements and integrating them into the platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational processes and improve client outcomes.
Contribute to process enhancement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions.
Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and development.
Stay updated on global financial market trends and industry best practices.

Role requirements

MBA preferred, CFA / FRM certification is an advantage.
3-10 years of experience in treasury, margin management or a related financial domain.
Proficiency in MS Excel, knowledge of VBA macros and Python is beneficial.
Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and a structured approach to operational processes.
Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Willingness to work in alignment with New York business hours.
