Key responsibilities

Oversee and manage all accounting, payroll, and tax operations.
Ensure compliance with all reporting requirements, including US GAAP, local and tax regulations.
Lead month-end and year-end closing processes and all budgeting and forecasting exercises.
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to boost operational efficiency.

Role requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a similar field, with a CA/CPA qualification.
At least 10 years of experience, preferably in an MNC setting with knowledge of US GAAP.
Experience in managing teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
