Our client is a family office with years of history in Hong Kong and are looking for a Philanthropy Manager to work together with the Founder on various charitable initiatives.

Key responsibilities

Supervise the application and selection processes for a variety of charitable initiatives supported by the Family, collaborating closely with the Founders to develop new programs and implement enhancements.
Actively participate in both ongoing and forthcoming programs by managing the related administrative tasks (e.g., records maintenance, expense payment, new partners due diligence).
Coordinate events aimed at strengthening relationships, raising public awareness, and sharing recent developments with the community.
Promote the programs by consistently updating the official website and social media platforms to increase visibility.

Role requirements

Degree holder.
5-8 years of experience in Philanthropy space gained from charity, non-profit, social service organizations, etc.
Experience in Education related projects will be a distinct advantage.
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication skills coupled with proactive and passionate approach to Charity field.
Proficiency in spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
