Key responsibilities

Handle loan disbursements, treasury trades, and sales/purchase transactions, and assist with account setup in the payment system.
Monitor payments, follow up on overdue ones, and ensure timely resolution.
Record loan details, schedules, and cashflows, and work with Transaction Administrators to manage settlements.
Work with banks, custodians, and internal teams to resolve any payment or settlement issues.
Assist with system testing, process improvements, and participate in projects and other tasks.

Role requirements

A Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in operations and settlements, ideally with knowledge of loans, bonds, deposits, remittances and treasury products.
Strong understanding of financial markets, trade lifecycles, and settlement processes.
Familiarity with SWIFT, trade settlement platforms like DTCC.
Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and effective communication with various stakeholders.
