The Edge Partnership is an Asia focused recruitment business with offices across Hong Kong, India, Malaysia and Singapore.  We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join a dynamic and fast evolving organisation, within our Banking & Finance team. We have a large international client base and work with the majority of the leading Captives / Global Capability Centers in India.

Key responsibilities

  • To be able to effectively source, identify and interview suitable senior candidates globally.
  • To be able to head hunt non-active candidates effectively for vacancies.
  • The ability to generate new candidates through referrals.
  • The ability to generate ‘leads’ from market information gathered from candidates interviews.
  • The ability to liaise effectively with clients on interview arrangements and interview feedback.
  • The ability to business develop with existing clients and develop relationships effectively for more experienced individuals.
  • Confident communication skills face to face, via the telephone and in writing.
  • Work closely with team members and share relevant leads and candidates effectively.

Role requirements

  • 1 – 3 year’s work experience in recruitment, preferably within Financial Services.
  • A stable employment background.
  • A proven track record in utilizing your initiative.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
