Key responsibilities

  • Drive the People agenda in accordance with business priorities and organizational vision
  • Play an advisory role to senior business leaders to support them in developing progressive talent solutions to meet business objectives.
  • Provide leadership to a team of HR Business Partners and ensure service deliverables are met and aligned with business objectives
  • Spearhead initiatives for employee engagement, career development, and performance management to promote a high-performing work culture
  • Champion a data-driven HR approach, leveraging analytics and insights to inform strategic decisions.

Role requirements

  • Degree qualifications with at least 15 years solid commercial HR experience across the full spectrum of HR. Global HR experience including APAC, EMEA and Americas will be required.
  • Strong business acumen, proven problem-solving skills and leadership abilities.
  • Solid expertise in organizational design, change leadership, and global people operations.
  • Experience leading HR teams across multiple geographies will be beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage at all levels.
  • Good organizational skills with an energetic and flexible approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
