Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy aligned with the company’s vision and business objectives.
  • Strengthen brand positioning as a leader in the industry through innovative storytelling and premium content.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine marketing approaches.
  • Conceptualize and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, PR) to drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Oversee content creation, including social media, email marketing, website updates, and editorial pieces, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, paid advertising, influencer partnerships, and CRM strategies.
  • Plan and execute exclusive events, product launches, and clienteling initiatives to enhance customer relationships.
  • Foster partnerships with luxury brands, media, and key stakeholders to amplify brand reach.
  • Manage marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring cost-effective strategies.
  • Track KPIs, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to senior management.

Role requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in luxury retail, watches, or high-end consumer goods.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, social media, and CRM tools.
  • Exceptional communication, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and luxury aesthetics.
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
