Key responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end talent acquisition function, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring across tech and non-tech domains.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on workforce planning, recruitment strategies and talent intelligence.
Own the executive and leadership hiring charter, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term capability building.
Establish and enhance best-in-class talent advisory frameworks, market mapping, competitor intelligence, and talent pipelining.
Drive consultative partnerships with stakeholders across functions, including Technology, Operations, Strategy and HR Business Partners.
Build and lead a high-performing talent acquisition team, promoting a culture of excellence, agility and innovation.
Ensure a data-driven approach to recruitment, using analytics to improve hiring outcomes and forecast future needs.
Champion diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) in all hiring strategies and practices.
Leverage deep industry knowledge to identify emerging talent trends and proactively adapt strategies.

Role requirements

Minimum 18 years of experience in talent acquisition, with recent experience in a leadership role.
Consulting background is mandatory.
Demonstrated expertise in both tech and non-tech hiring, with hands-on experience in tech recruitment being essential.
Proven leadership hiring experience with a strong track record of success across complex hiring mandates.
Deep understanding of market intelligence, talent research and executive mapping.
Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills, with the ability to influence senior executives.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative leadership style.
