Key responsibilities

Support cost allocation, monthly book closure and reporting across global regions and business functions.
Review and analyse expenses to identify errors or inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
Drive process improvements by enhancing controls, refining procedures and automating reports.
Provide deep-dive variance analysis, budgeting and ad hoc cost analytics for business and corporate stakeholders.
Participate in strategic projects, update SOPs and assist with management presentations and financial insights.

Role requirements

5–7 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting within financial services.
Professional qualification: CA / MBA / Postgraduate in Finance.
Strong accounting, analytical and cost management skills.
Advanced MS Excel and VBA skills, experience with Hyperion is an advantage.
Ability to work independently under tight deadlines, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
