Key responsibilities

Act as a Business Analyst and Project Manager within Market Risk Change, leading transformation and regulatory initiatives from inception through delivery.
Work closely with stakeholders across Risk Management, Middle Office, Technology and Front Office to deliver risk-related projects and solutions.
Prepare high-quality business and functional specifications, workflow diagrams and data matrices, support all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Execute test management processes, including UAT planning and execution and prepare detailed project plans and reports (L0 / L1, risk logs, issue trackers etc.).
Collaborate with international teams to develop governance models and onboarding frameworks for new joiners and evolving project needs.

Role requirements

8 – 10 years of experience in Market Risk projects within investment banking or capital markets environments.
Deep understanding of capital markets products and derivatives across asset classes, risk measures such as VaR, ES, IRC and regulatory standards like FRTB and Basel 2.5.
Proficient in data analysis and comfortable working with tools like SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau and Alteryx.
Experienced in both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies, with a strong grasp of SDLC best practices.
Possess excellent communication, stakeholder management and documentation skills, and are meticulous in your test and quality assurance approach.
