Tax Manager – Global Compliance & Strategy

Key responsibilities

• Manage corporate tax compliance and reporting across diverse global jurisdictions
• Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations, including BEPS, OECD guidelines, Transfer Pricing, and maritime-related tax incentives
• Oversee the preparation and review of key tax documentation such as transfer pricing reports, BEPS filings, and incentive scheme submissions
• Provide strategic tax advice to internal stakeholders and collaborate with external advisors to support efficient tax structures
• Serve as the primary contact for tax authorities and regulatory bodies
• Track tax legislative developments and evaluate their implications on business operations
• Lead tax planning, due diligence, and structuring activities for cross-border deals, including mergers and acquisitions
• Contribute to high-impact, hands-on strategic projects across the organization
