Our client is a leading Global Bank who are looking for a Business Manager / PMO to support the Legal Department. This role will be responsible for driving strategic and operational projects, enhancing departmental efficiency, and ensuring the delivery of legal and regulatory initiatives within scope, time, and budget.

Key responsibilities

Project Management & Execution: Lead and oversee cross-functional legal and regulatory projects, ensuring timely delivery, effective governance, and milestone achievement.
Business Operations Support: Manage legal department planning activities, including budgeting, headcount, vendor oversight, and performance metrics tracking.
Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as a liaison between Legal and key business units, facilitating meetings, updates, and stakeholder communications.
Process Optimization: Drive improvements in legal processes through automation, legal tech implementation, and workflow enhancements.
Risk & Compliance Oversight: Ensure project compliance with internal standards and support legal responses to regulatory changes and audits.

Role requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
5+ years of experience in project management, business management, or PMO roles, with experience supporting the Legal or Regulatory function within a banking or financial services environment.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
High attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
