Key responsibilities

  • Responsible for the effective management of the full spectrum of HR in areas including but not limited to performance management, learning and talent development, employee engagement & relations, compensation & benefits.
  • Play an advisory role to business leaders to support them in developing progressive talent solutions to meet business objectives. Act as a point of contact for complex HR issues, providing advice as appropriate based on local laws and legislations.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to an HR Associate, and work closely with the broader HR team to drive continuous process improvement and HR projects to achieve operational effectiveness.
  • Overss payroll via a third-party vendor, ensuring compliance with local laws and managing employee records and payroll-related inquiries.
  • Responsible for the performance management system and promotions cycle.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives to build a positive and high performing culture.

Role requirements

  • Degree qualified with 10 to 15 years’ experience across the full spectrum of HR, preferably with some years of people management experience.
  • Sound knowledge of the Employment Act, Human Resource organizational policies, processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in driving process improvement and changing initiatives.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and be flexible and agile to changing business needs.
