Key responsibilities

Assist Team Head with new system migration project and other operations transformation initiatives.
Monitor the project(s) flow, reviewing the existing process and providing target operating solutions if necessary.
Collaborate with the Team and other business stakeholders ensuring the business requirements are met timely.
Collaborate with the IT team and external vendors on the system migration project.
Ensure the project(s) cost is within the budget.
Ensure the changes are compliant to the external and Bank’s regulations.

Role requirements

7+ years of experience in Operations and Change Management / Transformation / Project Management gained from Corporate and/or Investment Banking.
Thorough understanding of CIB operations (e.g., client onboarding, settlements, trade support, etc.)
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to navigate in a complex environment.
Project Management certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP, Agile) will be an advantage.
Proficiency in both written and spoken Cantonese and English.
