Key responsibilities

Manage end-to-end service delivery for assigned clients, ensuring all financial and regulatory outputs are timely, accurate, and compliant.
Handle the preparation of management accounts, financial statements, tax filings, and capital activity reports such as NAV and waterfall calculations.
Act as the primary liaison for Singapore client accounts, working closely with teams in Singapore and India to maintain high-quality standards and provide guidance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external service providers, support business development efforts, and lead onboarding for new clients.
Drive process enhancements, establish team procedures, and actively contribute to projects and general administrative duties.

Role requirements

Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent. Candidates who are CA qualified or equivalent will be a plus.
For the senior associate role – minimum 3 years of experience in fund administration with focus on Private Equity/ VC or RE funds. This includes strong knowledge of fund structures, regulations, and accounting standards.
For the assistant manager role- minimum 6 years of experience in fund administration with focus on Private Equity/ VC or RE funds. This includes strong knowledge of fund structures, regulations, and accounting standards.
Familiarity with GAAP conversions across SFRS, US GAAP, and IFRS, and ideally holds a professional accounting qualification.
Proven ability to work independently while also demonstrating strong team collaboration and initiative.
Excellent stakeholder and people management skills, with a strong focus on customer service and delivering results.
Highly organized, analytical, and adaptable, with strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
