Key responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment.
  • Coordinate office layout and organization to optimize workflow.
  • Assist in budget management and expense tracking.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership, including calendar management and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Role requirements

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or Personal Assistant, preferably in a luxury retail or corporate environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
