Key responsibilities

  • Manage CMO operations, production planning, timeline execution, and process optimization.
  • Oversee packaging, logistics, and supply chain coordination, ensuring compliance with GMP regulations.
  • Conduct periodical evaluations to identify risks, implement corrective actions, and follow up on execution.
  • Monitor manufacturing plans, troubleshoot production challenges, and ensure timely product delivery.
  • Analyze key production indicators, driving improvements in efficiency and quality.
  • Provide technical input on change management to safeguard product integrity and supply continuity.
  • Participate in critical deviation investigations, offering corrective and preventive measures.
  • Manage inventory, packaging materials, and supplier coordination for seamless production flow.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with global pharmaceutical standards.

Role requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • 10~15 years of experience in pharmaceutical production management, with regional exposure preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, regulatory compliance (RA/QC/QA), and contract manufacturing.
  • Proven track record in cross-functional collaboration within complex manufacturing environments.
  • Experience managing contract manufacturing organizations preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
  • Good Proficiency in English and Cantonese/ Mandarin (both in spoken & written).
  • Proficiency in MS office applications, i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Ability to adapt to business travel requirements as needed.
