Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and programs that align with company objectives for hardline products.
  • Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Oversee all quality assurance activities, including inspections, testing, and audits, to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to establish quality requirements and conduct regular assessments to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Investigate product quality issues and lead root cause analysis efforts to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence.
  • Ensure all products meet relevant safety and quality regulations, including industry standards and company policies.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to monitor quality performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with product development, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure quality is integrated throughout the product lifecycle.

Role requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in quality management within the hardline industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, etc.).
  • Proven experience in leading quality assurance teams and initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards for hardline products.
  • Fluent in English.
