Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies, new product launches, and business development initiatives to achieve sales targets and maximize market share.
  • Lead integrated online and offline marketing activities, targeting healthcare professionals and business partners.
  • Analyze market intelligence, leveraging clinical and economic data to develop effective sales and marketing strategies to drive the adoption of new technologies.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, hospital executives, and specialty-specific societies to enhance product visibility.
  • Collaborate with APAC sales & marketing teams, ensuring seamless coordination and strategic alignment.
  • Provide training, marketing materials, and performance monitoring tools to support the sales team in achieving business objectives.
  • Conduct competitive analysis, monitor industry trends, and deliver strategic insights for optimizing regional marketing efforts.
  • Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and industry events, boosting brand visibility and expanding partnerships.
  • Foster relationships with distributors and business partners, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Identify new business opportunities that contribute to sustainable company growth.
  • Travel frequently within the Asia region (20–30%) to support business initiatives.

Role requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences, Biotechnology or any Science related disciplines
  • 8+ years of sales and marketing experience in the medical device industry, with a focus on surgical products, interventional technologies, or imaging systems.
  • Experience in digital and traditional marketing strategies within the medical device industry.
  • Prior regional exposure in APAC/ SEA would be an advantage.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to navigate complex market dynamics and identify growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work across cultures and cross-functional teams.
