Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement retail marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance brand presence.
  • Design and execute promotional campaigns, including in-store events, digital marketing, and social media initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape, providing insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and visual merchandising, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
  • Enhance brand positioning through innovative marketing techniques that resonate with target audiences.

Role requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in retail marketing, preferably within the lifestyle fashion industry.
  • Strong understanding of retail dynamics and consumer behaviour.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaign management.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for fashion and lifestyle trends.
