VP – Legal Entity Control / Financial Reporting (Financial Services)

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily finance operations, including ledger entries and account reconciliations.
• Lead timely month-end close activities, including journal preparation.
• Review financial reports for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Apply correct accounting treatments and ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.
• Oversee the accurate and timely preparation of statutory and group financial reports in accordance with IFRS and local listing requirements (monthly, quarterly, annually).
• Ensure audit readiness and coordinate with internal and external auditors.
• Drive improvements in reporting processes and internal controls.
• Provide key financial insights to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, risk policies, and international financial regulations.
• Contribute towards the company’s Technology Transformation initiatives from a finance perspective.
