Our client is a SGX listed firm with an established presence in Singapore. They’re currently hiring for a Compliance Manager focusing mainly on matters around its regulatory framework and adherence to listing requirements.

Key responsibilities

Oversee the effective implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with compliance programs
Identify risks, conduct monitoring and reviews, and perform investigations related to compliance issues.
Design and deliver tailored compliance training programs across various business functions.
Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
Corporate Secretarial duties, as and when needed.

Role requirements

Bachelor’s Degree, AML/CSIS certifications ideal
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with senior-level stakeholders.
Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
Capable of thriving in a dynamic environment with effective time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
