The Edge Contracting Services (TECS) is actively looking for a Team Lead – IT to join their team. Key responsibilities

  • Proficiency in sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, Indeed, Etc) and other open source hiring portals.
  • Strong understanding of contract hiring of IT roles.
  • Stay updated with current industry trends and standards.
  • Experience in data and compliance management.
  • Experience in stakeholder interaction and client interaction is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple requirements.
  • Experience in using technology and tools such as Application Tracking System (ATS), databases, social media to manage the recruiting process.
  • Ability to provide positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Role requirements

  • 2 to 8 years of experience in recruiting, staffing.
  • Staffing agency recruitment is preferred.
  • He / She should be ready to work from office located at Hebbal.
  • Must have understanding in technical hiring.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive approach and willingness to learn and ‘go the extra mile’.
  • A strong academic background and demonstrated an ability to achieve in your current role.
