Key responsibilities

  • Develop and lead a comprehensive TA strategy to promote the organization as an Employer of Choice and attract the right talent to support the organization growth for the Asia Pacific region
  • Partner with the broader HR team and key stakeholders to ensure recruitment efforts are aligned with business needs
  • Dual act as strategic advisor to Business Leaders around the People Agenda, including talent management and development, performance management, total rewards and employee relations to support organizational growth
  • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives to build a positive and high performing culture
  • Manage and constantly review recruitment related polices and processes to ensure operational efficiency
  • Ensure best in class internal customer and candidate experience

Role requirements

  • Expert knowledge in Talent Acquisition and/or HR Business Partnering with at least 10 years of relevant work experience in a similar function preferably from the financial services sector
  • Excellent communications and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage at all levels
  • Good organizational skills with an energetic and flexible approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
