TikTok E-Commerce Sales & Growth Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven TikTok E-commerce Growth Manager to lead sales, marketing, and creator strategies on TikTok Shop for two of Malaysia’s fastest-growing consumer brands: (Premium Baby Product) and (Skincare & Wellness). This role is ideal for someone with a strong command of TikTok’s commerce ecosystem and a proven ability to scale digital sales channels.

You will manage all aspects of TikTok Shop—from strategy and campaigns to influencer partnerships and performance optimization—while collaborating closely with the Head of E-commerce and broader marketing team.

Preferred Experience:

Previous work in DTC, FMCG, parenting, beauty, or wellness verticals.

Experience working with influencers and affiliate programs in Southeast Asia.

Familiarity with TikTok Shop’s latest tools, algorithm changes, and content trends.

Key responsibilities

  • TikTok Shop Strategy & Execution
    • Develop and execute TikTok Shop sales strategies tailored to each brand.
    • Manage store operations including product listings, campaign uploads, content coordination, and promotions.
    • Optimize product pricing, bundling, and conversion based on platform insights.
  • Sales Growth & Revenue Performance
    • Own monthly TikTok sales targets and manage day-to-day performance to exceed KPIs (GMV, ROAS, CAC).
    • Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, flash sales, and platform-led promotions.
    • Work with media and content teams to align campaign execution with business priorities.
  • Creator & Affiliate Collaboration
    • Identify and manage TikTok creators and affiliates to promote both brands effectively.
    • Structure and optimize commission models (open/targeted) to drive creator performance.
    • Coordinate creator briefs, review content, and ensure alignment with brand messaging.
  • Paid Ads & Live Campaign Support
    • Collaborate with the paid media team to launch and optimize TikTok Ads.
    • Track campaign performance and contribute to ongoing creative and bidding improvements.
    • Support key live-selling events by working with influencers and internal teams.
  • Reporting & Insights
    • Monitor daily sales, traffic, conversion, and creator performance data.
    • Provide weekly updates and actionable insights to the Head of E-commerce.
    • Maintain dashboards and help build forecasts and sales projections for the channel.

Role requirements

  • 5 years+ of experience in e-commerce, performance marketing, or digital sales.
  • Direct experience managing TikTok Shop or similar social commerce platforms.
  • Familiarity with TikTok Creator Marketplace, Ads Manager, and Seller Center.
  • Strong analytical and commercial skills; confident interpreting data and making performance-driven decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders under tight timelines.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills; experience working cross-functionally.
