Sales Executive (Wellness and Spa)

Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with a strong background in the Spa & Wellness industry. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and expanding B2B sales opportunities within the spa, wellness, and hospitality sectors.

Your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth by building and nurturing strong relationships with spas, wellness centers, hotels, salons, and beauty professionals, while promoting the client’s unique range of natural and eco-friendly wellness products.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential spa, salon, and wellness clients to promote and sell relevant FMCG products (e.g., skincare, essential oils).
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and long-term loyalty.
  • Able to identify sales opportunities, conducting presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through effective territory and account management.
  • Conduct product presentations and training for clients to ensure product knowledge and brand consistency.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to execute promotional campaigns and sampling programs.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure timely order placement, delivery, and payment collection.
  • Provide regular sales reports, client feedback, and market insights to the management team.

Role requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience, ideally in FMCG or spa/wellness product categories.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of wellness trends, spa environments, and health-related products.
  • Ability to work independently and travel within assigned territories.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Valid driving license (if fieldwork is required).
