To conduct thorough market research and identify potential markets for expansion.
To analyse market trends, competitive landscapes and consumer behaviour and develop informed market entry strategies.
To develop and implement international business development plans for driving growth/
To establish and nurture relationship with key distributors. Retailers and partners in target markets.
To collaborate with cross-functional team and develop effective market entry strategies.
To evaluate and recommend entry modes such as partnerships, joint ventures or subsidiaries
To stay informed about international regulations and compliance requirements for baby products
To ensure all products meet the necessary standards and certifications for each market
To monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth
To build and maintain strong relationship with international distributors, retailers and business partners.
To serve as the main point of contact for international stakeholders, addressing concerns and fostering collaboration
To effectively communicate with diverse international teams, adapting strategies to suit cultural nuances
To collaborate with marketing teams and create culturally relevant campaigns
The Candidates must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field or its equivalent
A master’s degree will be an added advantage
Proven experience in international, business management, preferably in the baby product industry
Strong analytical and strategic planning SKILLS
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to travel internationally as required.
