You will be responsible for the client’s technological advances and have a lasting and profound impact on the Agile Development Lifecycle
Develops new features, optimizes existing systems/processes and corrects errors.
Designing and developing high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems and delivering high-availability and performance
Writes highly scalable and easily maintainable code with proper documentation.
Monitor system and processes. Be proactive towards problems and motivated to solve
Observe the general condition of the system and explore opportunities to improve a complex system
It prioritizes creating a top-notch experience and adopts that quality is better than speed. However, to maintain an equilibrium in between quality and speed
Writing / developing fast and responsive API and tools to monitor the API
What describes you as future game changer:
If you have experience with microservices architecture
If you have at least 2-3 years of experience in software development using Java and web applications using at least one popular web framework (JSF, Wicket, GWT, Spring MVC)
If you have experience in the Spring Framework
If you have excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and in-memory database technologies.
If you have profound insight of Java and JEE internals (Classloading, Memory Management, Transaction management etc)
If you are comfortable with simultaneous programming
If you can design highly available and scalable system
If you have experience with Cloud Platforms (preferably AWS) and GIT
If you have a level of English knowledge that you will not have any problems while analyzing technical documents
If you are motivated to write light weight API or migrate existing API based on JSON/XML
Your success criteria are defined as below:
You are planning your personal sprint 90% correctly and efficiently
Average flood recovery time (after SIT/UAT) is less than 2-3 days
PR examination period is less than 5-6 hours on average
You have less than 10% error rate
Have 0% “production revert” rate
You will have a maximum rate of 1 “pre-pod revert” per sprint
Experience:
3-5 years working experience in Software Development / Engineering and Web Services
Minimum Education Requirement:
Possess at least a Degree in Software Development / Engineering or any other relevant qualifications
