Key responsibilities

Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to production, ensuring alignment with market demands and brand aesthetics.
Collaborate with design, technical, and sourcing teams to develop innovative, high-performance sportswear.
Oversee fabric selection, fit, functionality, and sustainability initiatives.
Ensure products meet quality, cost, and timeline objectives.
Liaise with international clients to present product proposals, tech packs, and prototypes.
Engage with suppliers and material innovators to source cutting-edge fabrics and trims.

Role requirements

Bachelor’s degree in in related field.
5+ years of experience in product development within the sportswear/activewear industry.
Strong understanding of technical sportswear design, fabric innovation, and manufacturing processes.
Excellent project management, negotiation, and communication skills.
Creative, strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset.
Adaptable, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
