Key responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and empower the sales team to achieve and exceed targets, driving market expansion and business growth.
  • Formulate and execute sales, marketing, and business development strategies to drive revenue and market growth
  • Cultivate relationships with key clients and stakeholders to uncover new business opportunities
  • Conduct regular customer visits to deliver tailored product solutions and ensure service excellence
  • Deliver compelling product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions
  • Engage with key decision-makers including dentists, clinicians, and healthcare executives
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand awareness
  • Monitor market dynamics and competitor activity to inform strategic planning
  • Proactively identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities

Role requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related life sciences discipline.
  • 12+ years of commercial experience in Hong Kong, with a strong understanding of local dental dynamics and market trends.
  • Demonstrated track record of sales leadership and team development.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and passionate about driving business success.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, capable of overcoming objections and persuading potential clients.
  • Good Proficiency in Cantonese and English (both in spoken & written)
  • Proficient in MS office applications, i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
