Key responsibilities

  • Deliver professional and proactive customer service to uphold the company’s brand image
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, including product inquiries, purchase orders, complaints, and post-sales follow-ups
  • Process purchase orders and coordinate delivery arrangements
  • Provide administrative and documentation support to the sales team
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in the internal sales system to support business growth
  • Other duties as assigned by the management

Role requirements

  • 2-4 years of customer service or order management experience, preferably in healthcare or medical devices
  • Good Proficiency in Cantonese and English (both in spoken & written)
  • Detail-minded, self-motivated, and a strong team-player
  • Proficient in MS office applications, i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
