Key responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by promoting products and services to current and potential clients within assigned territories, achieving and exceeding sales targets, and expanding market share.
  • Conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships and address their needs effectively.
  • Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients as required.
  • Develop and nurture strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including key decision-makers, physicians, nurses, and hospital administrators.
  • Execute marketing and business development strategies to achieve sales target, maximize market share and achieve marketing goals.
  • Attend relevant conferences, trade shows, and events to enhance product visibility and network with potential clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams.
  • Identify potential business opportunities to achieve the continuous growth.

Role requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology or any life science related disciplines.
  • 3+ years of sales experience in medical device industry.
  • Quick learner, objective-oriented, result-driven, self-motivated, passionate and a good team-player.
  • Good Proficiency in Cantonese and English (both in spoken & written).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and persuade potential clients.
  • Proficient in MS office applications, i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
