Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for assigned product groups, managing brand identity and integrated campaigns to achieve sales, profit, and market share goals.
  • Create marketing materials and conduct training sessions to empower the sales team.
  • Support sales target achievement, monitor performance, and ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Identify and engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to strengthen brand credibility and visibility.
  • Evaluate new product potential, conduct market assessments, and prioritize launches based on data-driven insights.
  • Assess new product opportunities through market research and data analysis, prioritizing launches based on strategic fit
  • Lead new product launch planning, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to provide actionable insights.
  • Represent the company at conferences, and industry events to enhance brand presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Role requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, or a related scientific discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant brand marketing experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or OTC sector.
  • Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing, with exposure to digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Cantonese and English (spoken and written).
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
