Key responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery for all development, upgrading and expansion works — from concept design and budgeting to execution.
  • Oversee preventive and cyclical maintenance programs, to ensure operational continuity and long-term asset performance.
  • Manage cross-functional coordination by aligning engineering, operations, housekeeping, and F&B teams, while providing regular progress updates to senior leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with all local building codes, workplace safety regulations, and environmental standards, maintaining a strong governance framework.
  • Champion sustainability and innovation by integrating energy-efficient solutions, smart building technologies, and green practices into both project and operational strategies.

Role requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Architecture, C&S, M&E, or a related field, with knowledge in sustainability frameworks (e.g., Green Mark), and workplace safety standards.
  • Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in both project and facilities management, preferably within large-scale commercial, hospitality, or integrated developments
  • Proven ability to lead full project lifecycles as the main Project Manager, with strong capabilities in team leadership and multi-stakeholder coordination.
