Key responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end administration and governance of employee benefits programs including health, insurance, wellness, and retirement plans.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure benefits offerings are competitive, cost-effective, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead benefits communication strategy, ensuring employees understand and maximize the value of the programs offered.
  • Support annual benefits renewal, vendor negotiations, and implementation of new benefits initiatives, leveraging data to drive program enhancements.

Role requirements

  • 10 years of experience in employee benefits or total rewards, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or specialist capacity.
  • Strong understanding of benefits regulations, plan design, and compliance requirements across relevant geographies.
  • Proven ability to manage vendor relationships, analyse program data, and drive process improvements.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project execution skills in a complex, matrixed environment.
