Key responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for skincare and sanitary products.
  • Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to develop compelling brand messaging, promotions, and activations.
  • Conduct market and consumer research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for product innovation.
  • Support product launches, including positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance, competitor activities, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing plans.
  • Manage budgets and timelines for marketing initiatives.

Role requirements

  • Degree holder in related discipline.
  • 2-4 years of experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, or product marketing, preferably in FMCG industry.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese.
