Business Development Executive

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive with 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, cold calling, email marketing, and business development within a staffing or recruitment agency setup. The ideal candidate will work from our Hebbal office and play a key role in expanding our client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

  • Generating new business leads through online research, social media, databases, and networking.
  • Initiate and manage cold calls and targeted email campaigns to introduce staffing solutions.
  • Follow up with prospects, schedule meetings, and assist the sales team in client conversions.
  • Maintain and regularly update the lead database with accurate information.
  • Prepare proposals, sales presentations, and other client-oriented materials.
  • Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity in the recruitment / staffing sector.

Role requirements

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in business development or lead generation in a staffing / recruitment agency.
  • Strong background in cold calling, email marketing, and client research.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Must be open to working from the Hebbal, Bangalore office.
