Structured Product Sales- Digital Assets

Our client is an established firm who are now expanding one of their divisions focused on the Digital Assets space. As such they are looking for well networked individuals from Investment Banks or Brokerage banks with experience in structured product sales to join their team. The business has successful commercial team in place and works very collaboratively.

Given the recent growth and acceptance in the Digital assets space, this makes for an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to move into this industry from traditional space.

Key responsibilities

  • To generate client leads for marketing the structured products and solutions to corporates in the global markets, working closely with the structured products partners.
  • Work with other divisional heads to cross sell multi-asset investment products.
  • Partner with the senior leadership team to develop and implement sales strategies for structured products consistent with business objectives and goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationship with stakeholders.
  • Understand and follow regulatory policies and be up to date with developments.

Role requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree with at least 8-10 years of working experience within Financial Services in a client acquisition role.
  • Prior working experience in an investment bank, brokerage firm or a digital assets business with familiarity in structured products.
  • Have knowledge trade settlement processes to ensure all trade counterparties are onboarded for trades to be completed.
  • Ability to communicate an investment plan with clients clearly to finalise structured product ideas and ensure its executed.
  • Experience or a personal interest in the blockchain space essential.
  • Driven and entrepreneurial mindset is critical for the success of this role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and experience in dealing with stakeholders at various levels.
