Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, fostering long-team partnerships.
  • Understand client needs, preferences, and business objectives to provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand business within existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create targeted promotions or campaigns.

Role requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years in account management, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while meeting deadlines.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, customer-centric, and results-driven.
